The estate's story began with Daniele's great-grandfather, Pietro Conterno, and has been passed down through each generation, preserving a steadfast commitment to the vineyards and traditions that define the family today. Raised among the vines alongside his brother Andrea, Daniele developed an early appreciation for the relationship between the land and the wines it produces. Today, working alongside his father, Franco, he continues the family's legacy by blending time-honored winemaking practices with a thoughtful, modern approach. Since transitioning to certified organic farming in 2005, the Conterno family has remained dedicated to sustainable viticulture, believing that exceptional wines are born in the vineyard.
